Article from VooooD 设计公司: MAIN OFFICE 位置: 墨西哥 MAIN OFFICE是一家在墨西哥和瑞典都设有办公室的建筑设计事务所。最近，他们扩建并修缮了一座藏在繁茂的墨西哥热带绿地中的住宅——CASA LT。CASA LT地处墨西哥西海岸的著名冲浪小城Sayulita，建筑居于海滨，和陡峭的地形浑然一体，窗外就是太平洋的壮丽美景。 MAIN OFFICE精心将建筑融入宁静的热带景观中，建筑周围尽是棕榈树，杏树，芭蕉树和蕨类植物，并且和地形完美结合，确保在建筑的任何位置，无论内外，都能清晰地看到海景 原有建筑由山顶的三栋小房子组成，由于其建于50年代，年久失修，且所处环境湿度较高，因而现在整体状况较差。MAIN OFFICE一开始先将重点放在原有建筑的翻新和保护上，之后才是新的主楼和面朝海滩的客房的设计。 MAIN OFFICE的联合创始人Dante Borgo表示，这个项目的主要设计方向是重新诠释原有建筑的设计参数，并保留基地内原有的“小型村庄”的形式。 MAIN OFFICE通过利用贴合地形，人行道和花园的混凝土平台，将建筑各层连接起来。这样一来，建筑内外空间的界限就不存在了。独栋别墅带有一个全景厨房，一个挨着超大泳池的开放式起居和用餐区，一个配有当地原产的手工混凝土浴缸的卧室，还有一个可以尽享海景的露台。 建筑结构和建材都源于当地。墙体采用了水泥砌块墙，表面抹有白色灰泥，抛光混凝土的使用既提高了地面的建筑质量，又有利于家具的摆放。室内暖色调的家具，壁橱，门框和窗框则选用了耐潮耐盐碱耐日光老化的Parota木材。 Project name: CASA LT Location: Sayulita, Nayarit, Mexico Architect: MAIN OFFICE (Sima Agisheva, Dante Borgo, Isabella Eriksson) Project team: Pablo Alemán, Montserrat Bucio, Brenda Cibrian, Rodrigo de la Torre, Luis Gordian, Manuel Guerrero …
