Placed in the beautiful scenography of the Swedish forest landscape, Villa S is a summer house is expressing the simplicity of a small Swedish wooden house. The house is designed around a core of concrete, with private rooms on one side and the common area on the other side, and a loft on top of the concrete core. Despite the total area of 65 sqm, there is room for more than 8 people, using thick wooden walls as built-in storage to maximize the use of each sqm. Sliding doors in the common area make it possible to extend the shared space inside to the terrace outside, extending the common area out into the forest.
