Justo Sierra is a mix-use tower located in Guadalajara’s downtown.

Facing the challenges of east and west sides being closed off due to future developments, Justo Sierra is seeking to optimize the set up of floorplans meeting north and south. The tower is set up of five or six apartments per floor, penthouses on top and common roof-top area with pool, gym and bar, retail on the ground floor and parking either underground or on top. Thick concrete columns are creating pockets for balconies and a public arcade at the retail ground floor.
